Xiaomi’s “independent” sub-brand Poco launched the M3 Pro 5G in May, and it’s apparently almost ready to finish off that model and replace it with something better. Unsurprisingly, the successor will be called Poco M4 Pro 5G, and several certifications have emerged for it today.
These, first of all, confirm that name: it will be called Poco M4 Pro 5G. So your model number: 21091116AG. That “G” at the end means this model is intended for global markets, not China, by the way.

Next, the certifications also reveal that the phone will come with 33W fast charging support, something its predecessor did not have. That capacity is indeed a huge improvement over the 18W capacity of the M3 Pro 5G. One of the people who found these documents is also hinting at the fact that the Poco M4 Pro 5G will work with a MediaTek chipset, which would make sense considering the price level it will be at.
Unfortunately, this is all we know about the Poco M4 Pro 5G so far, aside from the fact that it should launch soon, now that the certification ball is rolling. But since it’s landed in the public eye thanks to these leaks, hopefully we’ll find out more about it in the days and weeks to come.
